Stefania's cooking lessons are imbued with the joy and passion that she brings to food, cooking and the rest of her life. She has a clear vision of the social and cultural power of cooking. "Preparing and sharing a meal brings people together", she says convincingly. "It's fun and creative, with lots of room for improvisation... and some good wine!" she laughs.
