For the cooking classes in Tuscany and Umbria, I don’t have a fixed calendar so every week the schedule changes. Some days the lessons are in the morning, some days in the afternoon, so fill out the enquiry form with your dates, questions and requests and I will reply with all the information. I look forward to sharing some of my cooking with you!

Although the schedule may vary, I teach cooking lessons in Tuscany and Umbria weekly throughout the year, and hold private lessons around the world upon request, and on-line cooking lessons.

cancellation policy

We require a deposit (non refundable) of 20% in advance to make your booking effective.
Between 30 and 14 days, there is a 35% cancellation fee.
Between 13 days and 24 hours, there is a 60% cancellation fee.
In the case of no-show (less than 24 hours or no warning), there is a 100% cancellation fee.
